Health information on this website

The information on this website is general information about eye health and our services. It is not a substitute for an eye examination or for advice about your own situation. Please speak with one of our optometrists or your doctor about your eyes.

If you have a sudden change in your vision, an eye injury or severe eye pain, contact us or your doctor straight away. In an emergency, call 000 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Appointments and online bookings

Our online booking system is provided by a third-party service. An online booking is a request for an appointment time. We may contact you to confirm, change or reschedule it, for example if the time is no longer available.

Please give us accurate details when you book, and let us know as early as possible if you need to change or cannot attend your appointment.

Medicare and health funds

Bulk billing for eye examinations is available to eligible Medicare card holders, in line with Medicare rules. Eligibility is confirmed at the time of your appointment. Private health fund rebates for glasses and contact lenses depend on your fund and level of cover. Our team can explain what applies to you.

Prices, offers and promotions shown on this website are a guide and may change without notice. Offers are subject to availability and to the conditions of each offer. Please ask our team for the full details before you buy.

We take care to keep the website accurate. If a price or description is shown in error, we will let you know before you buy.
